INSIGHT v4 CONSTRUCTION

The Insight was designed in 3D CAD software. It was designed
around a simple fuselage box made of balsa and plywood. All of
the turtle decks, canopy, belly pan, and cheeks are made from
sheeted foam parts. This construction is straightforward, light,
and strong. The fuse is 6" wide and is also quite wide at the
tailpost, which adds significant rigidity to the tail section.
